Both sets of gates shall be electrically powered swing gate opening design on existing gates. Jennings Randolph Lake is in Garrett County, Maryland and Mineral County, West Virginia, on the North Branch Potomac River, and is 7.9 miles upstream from the mouth of Savage River. |
