Description

Restroom remodel will consist of the detaching of all plumbing fixtures to include faucets, sinks, toilets, and urinals, and their associated faucets and flush valves. Existing wall tiles shall be carefully removed. The partitions, hardware, grab bars, countertops, and mirrors must also be removed. Any item that is affixed to the walls (dispensers, changing station, etc.) should be unfastened and taken off the walls. New tile shall be applied to the walls, the ceiling shall be painted, and the existing grout on the restroom floors shall be stained.
