Scope details have not been released. As of July 30, 2020 the project is design stage. The City of Biloxi Development Review Committee approved a site plan on July 1, 2020. The architect has been chosen. Information regarding the owner, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before the first quarter of 2021.
