Forest View ES and FLAS Transportation Building Roof Replacements

Remove approximately 13,250 square feet of the existing gravel surfaced BUR roof system at Forest View Elementary and approximately 7,000 square feet at the FLAS Transportation Building and replace with a new gravel surfaced 4-ply BUR roof system. Related carpentry, insulation, roof membrane flashings and sheet metal flashings. New storm sewer consisting of approximately 210 lineal feet of 12" PVC and 63 lineal feet of 8" PVC pipe will be installed for collection of the roof drain water and extended to the City`s storm sewer system. Related pavement repairs, concrete curb replacement, and lawn restoration are also included.
