| Description | 1. The contractor shall inspect the lot of two valves (Model # SA4-03-35-004-15) and provide a list of task to be performed, materials by part number to be replaced. 2. The cost for repair shall not exceed 70% of the cost of a new valve. 3. The contractor shall provide an exterior inspection, looking for damage and leaking. 4. Servo valves will be disassembled and pre-testing of key components like control and power wiring, current/flow, coil independence, motor, and ball weld, etc. parts required for repair as recorded. 5. All new seals & filters ultrasonically are replaced every time. 6. The motors are calibrated every time. 7. All new parts will be provided by the contractor, unless written approval is granted on a case by case basis. 8. Servo valve is cleaned and all required parts are installed. 9. Test each servo valve to OEM specifications. 10. After the valve has passed the testing procedure, package with a service report, test report, Certificate of Conformance, and a one (1) year Warranty of parts and labor. Servo Valve is to be electrostatically packaged and returned. | ||
