Residential Mobile Home Deferred Maintenance Rehab Project at Eagle Mountain School

Desert Center Unified School District intents to refurbish, remodel, and modernize three (3) existing residential mobile home units on the District's Eagle Mountain School site. This project is a District Deferred Maintenance Prevailing Wage Project. The project includes but is not limited to: (a) selected demolition; (b) rough and finish carpentry repair; (c) wall repair; (d) drywall; (e) flooring; (f) cabinet/casework replacement; (g) painting (interior and exterior); (h) rough & finish electrical upgrades; (i) rough & finish plumbing upgrades; (j) rough & finish HVAC upgrades; (k) roofing repair and replacement; (l) window treatments; (m) door replacement; (n) lock repair and finish hardware replacement; (o) exterior stucco; (p) widow replacement; (q) equipment replacement; (r) insulation. Work also includes exterior stair, landing and porch repair and replacement.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
