This is to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools supplies, and materials to replace a commercial garage door at the entrance to the garage parking at the Frank Hagel Federal Building. Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Inquiries concerning the solicitation document shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the following address: Terry.Crowley@ssa.gov. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools supplies, and materials to perform all tasks within this Statement of Work for work at the Social Security Administration's Frank Hagel Federal Building (FHFB) located at 1221 Nevin Avenue, Richmond, CA 94801. The period of performance is 90 days from the date of contract award.
