Street Maintenance Department (SMD) Facility Relocation Bid Group #1 - Pre-Engineered Building

Bids are being solicited for the new Street Maintenance Department (SMD) Facility Relocation Bid Group #1. The new facility will be a 160' x 465' pre-engineered metal building. Bid Group #1 will include the supply and install of the preengineered metal building and structural steel bid packages. Bids to be complete for each bid package(s) for work shown in the Drawings and Specifications, and as defined in each bid package description. The above referenced project description includes items that are part of the Itemized Base Bid. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work shown on the plans and described in the specifications pertaining to the Itemized Base Bid, regardless of the installation method chosen. The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders), all to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals.
