Description

**As of September 30, 2022, project was awarded tO TechCon Infrastructure, LLC but awarded amount is not available.** The work to be performed under this contract includes improvements to roadway and pedestrian infrastructure crossing Union Pacific railway (property/tracks) in the downtown Castle Rock, CO area. 3rd Street and 2nd Street crossings with the railway will receive new sidewalk, truncated domes, new curb and gutter and roadway patching within and adjacent to Union Pacific Property. The work will include coordination with Union Pacific including railway flagging, right-of-entry permitting, and railway safety training. 5th street will receive a section of new curb & gutter. The work under this contract also includes traffic control, erosion control installation and maintenance, hot mix asphalt placement and potholing. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The contractor shall complete the work within twenty-one (21) working days. The Notice to proceed date is estimated to be October 17, 2022. If working days are exceeded liquidated damages will be assessed.
