Description

Citywide Landscape Job Order Contracting work may include, but is not limited to: 1. Installation of plants, trees, decomposed granite and grass. 2. Installation of irrigation lines, drip systems and sprinkler heads including water valves and/or meters. 3. Plant inventory services. 4. Native plant salvage services. 5. Construction of landscape planters, walls and curbing. 6. Installation of walkways related to landscape or park improvements utilizing materials such as concrete, pavestone, cut stone, asphalt or decomposed granite. 7. Furnishing and installation of park benches, seating, tables and trash cans, etc. 8. Construction and/or installation of landscape water features. 9. Installation of fencing (wire, wood, steel, block/masonry) and decorative walls. 10. Construction within City Parks and Preserve Trailheads including but not limited to the replacement of drive surfaces, sewer and water improvements, path and trail improvements etc. 11. Installation of basic landscape lighting and associated electrical runs. 12. Grading and excavation for landscaping purposes. 13. Construction management.
