Installation of an Emergency Power Generator

Notice is hereby given that WestCare Gulfcoast Florida Inc. will receive sealed bids from a State of Florida licensed general, building, or electrical contractor for the furnishing of all materials and labor for the installation of an emergency power generator. Bidders may contact the Architect for document review and project questions at ppalmer@reparch.com. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in a sum not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into an agreement with the Owner upon Award. The successful bidder will be required to obtain a Performance and Payment Bond equal to the contract amount. This is a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT project, funded by the City of St. Petersburg Housing & Community Development Department and Pinellas County Housing & Community Development Department through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Federal regulations including, but not limited to the following apply: Federal Labor Standards per 29 CFR parts 3 and 5, and Procurement Procedures per 2 CFR Part 200. Section 3 Business Concerns, and Minority and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
