Falcon Center Pool Resurfacing

Fairmont State University on behalf of the Board of Governors invites qualified Contractors to provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for and incidental to the following Project: Falcon Center Pool Resurfacing located at 1201 Locust Avenue, Fairmont, West Virginia. All work shall take place in Marion County, West Virginia. Fairmont State will attempt to provide Bidders four (4) business days for the completion of responses without any new information being included in the solicitation. Therefore, all questions regarding this RFB shall be submitted to Fairmont State by the following date and time: The date and time for cut-off for questions: October 18, 2022 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Substantial Completion within Consecutive Calendar Days Date Certain: January 6, 2023 Final Completion within Consecutive Calendar Days Date Certain: January 13, 2023 The Bidder does hereby agree that Liquidated Damages for this Request for Bid Solicitation shall be assessed pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents as follows: (If blank, no liquidated damages shall apply to this Request for Bid Solicitation of any Contract entered into between Fairmont State University and the successful Bidder) $200 per day Project must be completed during Fairmont States winter break - November 21, 2022 - January 6, 2023

Division 13 -	Special Construction, Swimming Pools, Recirculating Gutter Systems, Swimming Pool Accessories, Swimming Pool Cleaning Equipment.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
