Community Center North/Senior Wing

Design Community Center North/Senior Wing facility at 4551 & 4501 Hilltop Needmore Road (PIN 0678749253 & 0678831336). The facility is intended to provide dedicated spaces for Community Center and Senior programs, which may be adjacent stand-alone facilities or may be connected with a shared lobby or similar design. The Town anticipates constructing a recreation facility consisting of most if not all of the following elements: a reception lobby; five offices; a dedicated single story wing/facility, accessible from the first floor reception lobby, for senior programming (including a large common area, restrooms, and three activity rooms); a two or four basketball court sized gymnasium with an elevated/suspended walking track around the interior perimeter of the gymnasium; a concession area; a second, multi-story, wing consisting of three multipurpose recreation rooms, a second floor fitness room adjacent to the gymnasium that will provide access to the elevated walking track; public restrooms; parking lot; landscaping; and ADA Accessibility for the entire facility. Anticipated square footage of the facility is 45,000sqft (Community Center 30,000-35,000 & Senior Wing 12,000 – 15,000).
