| Description | Any questions regarding the Classroom Exhaust Fans at Fiedler Elementary specifications should be directed to Operations Director Ron March at 810-591-7622 or rmarch@kearsleyschools.org. The Scope of this request includes: See below. 1 Remove existing exhaust fans mounted at top of boiler room and dispose 2 Engineer, design build exhaust options for all 22 classrooms. Currently there are (6) existing exhaust fans all inoperable. Fans are located in boiler rooms will need to be removed. 3 Design must include lowering fans so they can be serviced. 4 All classrooms will need to have a certified air balance to meet the current ventilation code. 5 Tie into existing Johnson controls BMS. With scheduling included 6 All permits, cranes, lifts complete startup 7 Project may begin on/after June 15th and should be completed by August 15, 2023 |
