The first two projects with completed designs included in this bid package are as follows: The “Water and Wastewater Replacement Project” includes utility and infrastructure replacement, street and sidewalk removal, followed by grading and ground cover re-establishment. The rough order of magnitude (ROM) is $2,250,000. The “Pedestrian Mall Drainage Project” 2(a) and 2(b) including underground pipe, grading, and street replacement. The ROM is $897,000.
