| Description | Marion Ave Carbon Replacement Project The Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission. The award of the contract shall be made subject to the necessary moneys to do them work being provided by the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission in a lawful manner. The contract to be executed by the successful bidder will provide that it shall not become effective until the necessary moneys to do the work have been provided by the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission in a lawful manner. The award shall further be subjected to the securing of necessary State, Federal or Local permits governing the work. |
