Description | The Construction of improvements and repairs to 617 Stone Harbor Boulevard Pump Station, 736 Stone Harbor Boulevard Pump Station, 750 Stone Harbor Boulevard Pump Station and Roosevelt Boulevard Pump Station (4-total) within the Township of Middle, New Jersey.The work for the 617, 736, and 750 Stone Harbor Boulevard Pump Stations will require demolition, including but not limited to, implementation of bypass pumping operations, excavation, removal and off-site disposal of existing subgrade concrete vaults, discharge piping, valves and appurtenances, pumps, limited removal of existing force main and demolition of electrical equipment noted on the Contract Drawings. Following completion of demolition, the work will also include construction of new pump station valve/meter chamber, installation of new wet well riser sections and top slabs, installation of new epoxy coating system within wet well, installation of new submersible sewage pump and associated discharge piping and appurtenances, process piping, valves, magnetic flow meters and fittings, miscellaneous metals and platforms, construction of new electrical work including power distribution, controls and standby generator systems, site work including site and access clearing, and driveway construction, landscaping, new site security fencing, and site restoration, all as shown on the drawings and specified herein. The work at the Roosevelt Boulevard Pump Station will require demolition, including but not limited to, implementation of bypass pumping operations, excavation, removal and off-site disposal of existing pumps, discharge piping, valves and appurtenances, limited removal of existing force main and demolition of electrical equipment noted on the Contract Drawings. Following completion of demolition, the work will also include installation of new submersible pumps and associated discharge piping and appurtenances, process piping, valves, magnetic flow meter and valve/meter chamber, installation of new epoxy coating system within wet well, miscellaneous metals and platforms, construction of new electrical work including new power distribution and controls site work including site and access clearing, and driveway construction, landscaping, new site security fencing, and site restoration |
