Old Central Receiving, 21930 Dunham Road, Mt. Clemens, MI 48043: Project consists of CMU repair/replacement. 2. Talmer Building, 120 North Main, Mt. Clemens, MI 48043: Project consists of brick replacement, brick repair, resetting of metal drip edge, sealant work and repainting of steel surfaces. 3. MC Old County Building, 10 North Main. Mt. Clement, MI 48043: Project consists of removal and replacement of existing sealant and removal and replacement of existing weather stripping around the windows at indicated on the drawings. Project also consists of repair/replacement of one operable window vent as indicated on the documents. Note: A single lump sum proposal is being entertained for the work of this proposal. Partial or segregated bids or assignments for individual parts of the project will not be considered. Bidder shall include quotes for all alternates and unit prices; failure to do so may result in rejection of proposal. Work shall be substantially complete on or before November 18, 2022.
