Description

Centerville Borough 2022 Paving Project Each proposal shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the order of Centerville Borough in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin or handicap; Centerville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the biddings. Bids may be held by Centerville Borough for a period of forty five (45) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the Contract. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents. Work will consist of milling and resurfacing of Brown and Short Streets in the community of Richeyville in Centerville Borough; Including milling and 170 Tons of 1 1/2" 9.5mm Wearing Course complete in place with an alternate.
