| Description | Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas is interested in contracting with a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and applicable taxes as required to perform the following work: • Clean and stain wood on both buildings with semi-transparent oil stain as approved by the Owner• Include all beams, trusses, columns, doors, wood above windows, wood deck, etc.• Provide protective covering to protect grass and other surfaces from runs and to prevent ruts from the lift • Provide boom or other type lift to access sites • Provide application to protect windows and adjacent areas qualified. |
