Building and Grounds Materials, Supplies, Rentals, Repairs and Other Related Services

Question Cutoff Date: 12/12/2022 02:00 PM (CT) Lewisville Independent School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) to establish a discount on supplies, and pricing for repairs, and/or services of all disciplines of commercial building services. This proposal includes, but not limited to, the purchase or rental of building and grounds materials, supplies, repairs and services per Texas Gov. Code Chapter 2269. Supply vendors please list a percentage off for materials on the pricing sheet. Service and repair vendors please list an hourly employee rate and a percentage off for materials. Equipment rental vendors, please attach pricing sheet. Service and repair vendors please list an hourly employee rate and a percentage off for materials. Equipment rental vendors, please attach pricing sheet on the attachment tab of the bid and list a percentage off of equipment rental. The contractor shall provide payment and performance bonds, at the contractor's sole expense, based on the amount of any order. The District requires a performance bond for contracts in excess of $100,000 and a payment bond for contracts in excess of $25,000 in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum.
