| Description | The Mirabelle Drive Category C FEMA Project generally consists of the replacement of a portion of an existing failed CMP conveyance system between Phase 3 and 4 of the Mirabelle Subdivision. This project will address significant failed sections which have caused erosion along the pipe through the easement. Two existing curb inlets and one existing junction box will be replaced as part of the proposed pipe replacement. Access to the work site will be through the 20-ft wide easement along lots 19/20, block A, Phase 4 and lots 39/40, block A, Phase 3. These lots are vegetated and fenced and it will be the contractors' responsibility to clear and grub the work area as a part of this project. |
