| Description | Provide Pre-Construction Services and complete Construction Services as the CMAR for the Broadway Road (Phase 1) – Mesa Drive to Stapley project • Reconstruct Broadway Road starting from Lesueur on the west to Spur Street on the east. Reconstruction includes full depth pavement reconstruction, new concrete curb and gutter, new concrete sidewalk, new ADA ramps and driveways up to the R/W throughout the corridor • Reconstruct the Stapley Drive intersection with Broadway Road with added right turn lanes on all four approaches • New traffic signal equipment on Broadway Road at the intersections of Horne, Solomon, and Stapley Drive • New Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) at the Eagles Park/Elementary School crossing near Fraser Drive • New pavement marking and signing within the limits of roadway reconstruction • New street lighting and conduit within the limits of roadway reconstruction • Minor Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) improvements, as needed, impacted by the proposed improvements • New landscape and irrigation improvements within the limits of roadway reconstruction • New storm drain and roadway inlets within the limits of roadway reconstruction as needed. Also new storm drain in Stapley Drive between Broadway Road and 8th Avenue • Transmission and distribution water line replacement within the limits of roadway reconstruction • High pressure and intermediate pressure City gas line replacements within the limits of roadway reconstruction • Underground conversion of existing City 12kV facilities on Broadway Road from Lesueur to Horne • Private irrigation relocation, as needed, within the limits of roadway reconstruction |
