Description

The City of Beverly is soliciting written responses from persons who customarily perform such work to remove all roofing material including insulation and flashing to be removed down to the metal decking and to the block wall on the exterior. All material removed is assumed to be ACM and must be handled and disposed of in accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. Pricing to include all labor and materials and disposal of the entire roofing system. The existing rooftop equipment will be removed by others. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, if it is in the public interest to do so, and to act upon the quotes and make its award in any lawful manner.
