Scattered Sites Roof Replacements Phase III

The PHA provides federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families and manages two (2) multi-family apartment complexes, one (1) senior apartment complex, one (1) hundred and eighteen (118) scattered site units located throughout the City of Peoria, thirty (30) public housing units at RiverWest. RiverWest South, LP will also be serviced under this contract and consist of seven (7) original units at RiverWest South with an additional twenty-six (26) units built with tax credit funding. The 26 units at RiverWest South LP are taxable units. Install new laminated shingles (nail down). Removal of existing roofing materials to wood deck, prior to installing new shingles. Repair any damaged areas (holes, soft areas). All cost related to dumpsters, hauling, dump fees and permits. Ice barrier roofing underlayment is required to be installed in accordance with the building codes. Replacement of rubber boots, vent pipes, flashing, drip edge (white), vents and ridge cap. Replacement of roof materials includes front entry roof and rear shed roof. Certain Teed Landmark shingles or approve equal by Owner. Color match existing shingles Georgetown Clay or approved color of equal match, (Architectural Shingles). Repair and replacement of damages to lawns, landscaping and buildings. Proper site cleanup of construction materials daily: shingles, nails, flashing and any other debris.
