Alabama Street Greenbelt Spur

Work consists of approximately 4,500 lf of 5” thick, 10’ wide concrete multi-use trail along Alabama Street. The project begins at the existing Carrollton GreenBelt trailhead near the Little Tallapoosa River and ends at 4th Street. The project will include construction of concrete trail along the north shoulder of Alabama Street with demolition of existing improvements to accommodate the new trail. The project also includes new curb and gutter, storm drainage system, signing and marking, traffic control, erosion and sediment control (installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment control BMP’s), construction staging, and coordination with project engineer, project manager, city engineer, and property owners.
