Description

Contractor Responsibility at Pools: 1. Check and record water chemistry daily. Make necessary adjustments. 2. Monitor chemical controller performance and report needed controller adjustments or repairs to Operations Mgr. 3. Replace broken chemical heads if necessary. 4. Daily inspection of safety related items. (i.e., depth markers, suction outlets, return fittings, handrails, ladder steps, etc.) 5. Perform small repairs/adjustments requiring hand tools, but no materials. (i.e., tighten loose handrails, ladder steps, etc.) 6. Monitor pump flow rates and filter pressures. 7. Backwash filters as needed, or on schedule. 8. Clean pump strainers. 9. Monitor and clear gutter dropouts where applicable. 10. Add makeup water where automatic fill devices are not equipped. 11. Make chemical additions of dry goods or clarifiers. 12. Monitor chemical inventory and report needs to Operations Manager. 13. Report and coordinate larger repairs needed with the Operations Manager. 14. Supervise/train contractor staff ensuring quality control. Contractor Responsibility at Spray Parks: 1. Monitor chemical inventory and report needs to Operations Mgr. 7. Clean pump strainers. 8. Monitor pump flow rates and filter pressures. 9. Clean inline filters where applicable. 10.
