| Description | The Mechanicsburg Borough Authority 2021 Stormwater BMP Retrofits project consists of retrofitting an existing stormwater management detention basin and vegetated swale to incorporate water quality features by re-grading and installing a forebay, soil amendments and plantings as described in the project plan and specifications. The project sites are located in the existing stormwater detention basin at the southwest corner of Koser Park and the vegetated swale along the east side of Shepherdstown Road near South Market Street. |
