| Description | For the improvement of a certain section of highway in LUZERNE COUNTY, PLAINS TOWNSHIP, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE ROUTE 309, SECTION 362. The project being situated as follows: From a point approximately 0.04 mile west of SR 115 (Bear Creek Boulevard) at segment 0622 offset 0208 (station 155+50) to a point approximately 0.12 mile west of SR 115 (Bear Creek Boulevard) at segment 0622 offset 0608 (station 151+50) along SR 309. The project consists of culvert repair which includes repairing the undermined arch culvert foundation and channel scour, replacing the deteriorated concrete invert slab with a reinforced concrete slab, constructing outlet apron with extra depth cut-off walls and slab to end of wing walls at both ends and providing Type 2 concrete repairs to spalls in water main encasement.
