Earthquake Repairs - Phase I & II

Schedule A: Base Bid PW571 Harbor Parking and Harbor Road Triangle The scope of work includes crack repairs, seal coat and restriping of Harbor Parking and pavement, curb and gutter and sidewalk repairs in the Harbor Road Triangle. PW572 Ocean & City Docks Settlement Repairs The scope of work includes repairing the revetment at the Ocean Dock, repairing the Ocean Dock abutment, repairing settlement at Ocean Dock, repairing the timber abutment at City Dock, and repairing settlement at City Dock. PW573 Tidal Lagoon Slope Stabilization The scope of work includes embankment repairs to stabilize the north slope of the Tidal Lagoon. PW574 Utility Settlement, Grout & Blockage Repairs The scope of work includes settlement and grout repairs to utility manholes and valve boxes throughout town and replacing collapsed storm drains along Billings Street and Kenai Street. PW576 Breakwater Settlement Repairs The scope of work includes adding armor stone to the breakwater to correct settlement issues. PW577 Kenai Street Sink Hole Repairs The scope of work includes pavement structural section repairs to two sink holes on Kenai Street and Eastern Avenue. Schedule B: Additive Alternates – Schedule Restricted Construction Additive Alternate 1 The scope of work includes the addition or subtraction of construction costs to the Harbor Parking and Harbor Road Triangle Base Bid pay item to be completed by November 2021. Additive Alternate 2 The scope of work includes the addition or subtraction of construction costs to the Ocean & City Docks Settlement Repairs Base Bid pay item to be completed by November 2021. Additive Alternate 3 The scope of work includes the addition or subtraction of construction costs to the Tidal Lagoon Slope Stabilization Base Bid pay item to be completed by November 2021. Additive Alternate 4 The scope of work includes the addition or subtraction of construction costs to the Utility Settlement, Grout & Blockage Repairs Base Bid pay item to be completed by November 2021. Additive Alternate 5 The scope of work includes the addition or subtraction of construction costs to the Breakwater Settlement Repairs Base Bid pay item to be completed by November 2021.
