2019 Holiday Lighting & Decorations

The City of Wildwood, Florida (“the CITY”) is interested in selecting a Holiday Lighting and Decorations Contractor (Vendor) that can provide the required services pursuant to Section 287.057, Florida Statutes. The CITY requests that qualified vendors submit letters of interest and proposals for consideration in the selection of a Holiday Lighting and Decorations Contractor. The CITY may select, or not select, at their sole discretion, any Contractor that the CITY feels will best address their needs. The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified licensed Holiday Lighting and Decorations contractor to provide holiday lighting and decorations at City Hall located at 100 N. Main St. Wildwood, FL 34785 for the 2019 holiday season. The intent of the RFP is to have a successful Contractor enter into an Agreement with the CITY for the desired services. The term of the initial Agreement shall be for the 2019 holiday season. The City will retain the option, at its sole discretion, to award up to three (3) renewal periods of one (1) year each. The selected company will use creative ideas and concepts to ensure cohesiveness in the holiday theme and design of all lights and decorations in all areas designated by the CITY in this RFP.
