Repair Masonry Chimney - Heating Plant at SUNY Geneseo

The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing. furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 061066, titled Repair Masonry Chimney- Heating Plant and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The work includes the restoration of the existing boiler plant stack at SUNY Geneseo. Work includes but is not limited to tree removal, selective demolition, cleaning and preparation of the interior of the chimney for parging, masonry repointing, masonry brick replacement, sealant installation, painting and site restoration including tree planting. The contractor is responsible for all scaffolding and staging area construction required for the work.
