Description | This project consists of an interior / exterior selctive demo for converting a 23,779 SF portion of an existing tenant space and converting it to a Home Goods. The project is anticipated to begin immediately upon award. The following trades will be required to complete this project: Demolition - masonry walls, front wall for new entrance, include shoring, removal of concrete for new loading dock levelers and openings in masonry wall for new overhead doors, removal of exterior sidewalks and pavements for new concrete; Asphalt Paving - infill area of old pavement and sidewalk removals; Concrete - provide alternate for demolition of existing, provide new frost footing foundations at new entrance, new loading dock and dock levelers, curbed island; Masonry - cut openings or remove temp walls and infill per plan details, new frost footings; Structural Steel - cut and remove decking, infill old openings, new front entrance steel columns, tube steel beams, joist reinforcing, embeds for dock lifts; Metal Stud / Track Framing and Drywall - Include ALL wood and sheathing, include all ceiling work; Finish Carpentry - installation of owner/GC provided furnishings, doors, frames, hardware and restroom accessories/partitions; EIFS - New facade / sign band area / Include soffit; Roofing - infill areas of new decking infills with insulation and rubber, new entrance parapet; Doors, Frames and Hardware; Stanley Auto Doors; Glass and Glazing; Painting, Floor Sealer and Wall Covering; Flooring - LVT, VCT, Hard Tile, walk-off entrance floors and base throughout; Interior Pit Mounted Scissor Lift x 2 - Deluxe Systems, Inc., Model #T2-50608; Loading Dock Bumpers and Seals; Restroom Accessories and Partitions; Plumbing - Include saw-cut, remove and repair in your proposal for new underground; Fire Protection / Sprinklers modify existing system; HVAC - all new RTU's, include Novar - refer to sheet G-000 for soft and opening day requirements; Electrical - refer to sheet G-000 for soft and opening day requirements; Fire Alarm - minimum requirement system per code |
