| Description | The School District of Aiken County will accept bids for the year 2023 Demolition Ridge Spring Monetta Elementary 422 Hazzard Circle Ridge Spring, SC 29129, located in Ridge Spring, South Carolina. Performance and Labor/Materials (Payment) Bonds along with notarized Power of Attorney will be required at 100% each from the awarded Bidder. A Bid Bond with Power of Attorney or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required. A valid Certificate of Insurance must also be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive all technicalities and formalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening.
