Foam filled 90 min. fire rating or better 2. Include door hardware 4. Install Schlage Commercial Door handles 5. Install door closer to all 4 doors 6. Haul away and dispose of all construction materials 7. Repair any and all damage to existing drywall and siding caused by the contractor in the construction process. 8. Clean-up and remove all trash and debris from the site when complete. |
