Description The work consists of the asphalt emulsion full-depth reclamation and overlay of approximately 5,700 linear feet of Palmer Road. The roadway section will be widened, taken from 18-20` to either 22` or 26`, depending on location. This project includes re-grading existing roadside ditches, approximately 1,700 linear feet of storm sewer improvements, and the relocation of 10 roadside fire hydrants. Bid Alternate A, to be selected at the City`s sole discretion, includes approximately 1,500 linear feet of 8` multi-use trail along the south side of the road along with required drainage and grading improvements. Engineer's Estimate Cost: Base Bid $1,378,842 Alternate A $ 171,280.50
