| Description | Work is to provide construction services for the delivery of the installation of fencing and relocation of the entry gate at the Public Works Facility located at 607 Municipal Drive, Leander, Texas 78641. Approximately 920 feet of 6’ + 1’ High Black Vinyl Chain Link, with Sch40 black vinyl terminal posts, 21/2” x Sch40 black vinyl line posts 1 5/8”x Sch40 black vinyl top rail, 3 Strands barb wire. 1- 20’ x 6’ + 1’ black vinyl chain link swing gate including a 6” or 8”x Sch40 posts and heavy duty block hinges. Install one commercial swing gate operator. Re-Install Existing Cantilever Gate to Include new 6” or 8” x Sch40 Posts and new cantilever rollers and relocating existing gate controller and reconnect existing keypads and sensor along with Knox key switch to gate operator. The existing gate will be the sliding gate and to be installed on the east side. The new gate shall be the swing gate and will be installed on the west side. |
