RFP - Professional Engineering Services to Develop the Vulnerability Assessment and Adaption Plan

It is the intent of the City of North Port to request proposals from experienced and qualified firms for professional engineering services to conduct a Comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment (VA) pursuant to Section 380.093, Florida Statutes (F.S.). The consultant will conduct a VA to evaluate impacts to all critical assets and critical infrastructure and produce an Adaption plan to mitigate such impacts. This project is receiving funding through the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Agreement #22PLN95. The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. All bids shall include all federal, state and local taxes. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
