Martell Court Pump Station Headworks Upgrades

The Martell Court Pump Station Headworks upgrade project consists of installation of a new multi-rake screen and open channel grinder. A building addition is being provided for housing a screenings dumpster. Heating/ventilation/plumbing and electrical upgrades are included in the wet well side of the pump station. The base bid consists of the following: 1. Erosion control measures, sitework, yard piping, LP tank pad, and restoration. 2. New building addition for the screenings dumpster. 3. Interior building demolition and renovations for the screenings room, upper and lower level. 4. Removal of the existing sewage grinders and control panels. 5. New multi-rake screen (304 SS) and washer/compactor (304 SS) with control panel. 6. New open channel grinder. 7. Heating and ventilation upgrades for the new addition, and screenings room. 8. Electrical upgrades for the new addition and screenings room. Additional Bid Alternate No. A1 includes changing the material of the screen and washer/compactor from 304 to 316 SS.
