Elevator Consulting

MPHA is seeking the services of highly qualified consulting firms (“Consultants”) to administer a wide range of consulting services for elevator retrofit, maintenance, modernization work, and MPHA’s representation including but not limited to, all consultant services necessary for elevator retrofit and modernization projects by providing investigation of existing equipment, specifications for new machines, assembly of bid documents, construction cost estimates, modernization project oversight, construction punch lists and work sign off, performing needs analyses and recommendations, compliance certification, and warranty support. Elevator Inspection Fees indicated on Attachment C-1: Elevator Inspections, are to be QEI (Qualified Elevator Inspector) inspections completed by QEI certified consultant with current QEI standing. Each elevator is to be inspected on a yearly basis. Other services include monthly maintenance invoice review and approval.
