Description

Project work will encompass Renovating 17,984 gsf of existing industrial lab space and related adjacent areas. Additions and major renovation of 10,400 gsf (7,550 gsf of new additions and 2,850 gsf of major renovations). Repurposing adjacent outside space and create an exterior welding lab (2,000 gsf). This space will mimic onsite working conditions to prepare students for those employment situations.
