City Hall and Police Station

Project Description The City intends the structure to be located on the eastern side of the current City Hall/Police Station site. The scope of services will include the hiring and management of subconsultants necessary for the successful completion of the project. The entire site is 1.22 acres and the available land for construction is 0.76 acres. The already completed facility program projects the total square footage to be approximately 16,000 square feet. The actual size of the facility will be determined during the design process. The new facility will house the Police Department, Community Development Department, Administration, Public Works Admin, I/T, Finance, Emergency Management, the Haystack Rock Awareness Program and the Farmers Market. The City Council Chamber that will double as an Emergency Operations Center. As of March 30, 2023, the owner has selected a Construction Manager. The project is expected to start construction in December 2023 as the owner is seeking funding.
