Hornell Veterans Memorial Park

The Project consists of the construction of various site improvements including a new splash pad, refurbish existing locker rooms, reconstruct existing tennis and basketball courts, and add new LED lighting for playing courts, in the City of Hornell, Hornell, NY 14843, as noted in the Bidding Documents dated June 2023. All questions or requests for information must be submitted by 5:00 PM on November 9, 2023. The following goals have been set for this project: 13% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 17% Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE). All qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) suppliers, contractors and/or businesses will be afforded equal opportunity without discrimination because of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual preference or Vietnam Era Veterans status.
