Description | Contract(s): Single Overall Contract (DPMC: C009 or C011) Project Description: The Base Bid work consists of but is not limited to the following: Absegami High School: Remove existing exterior doors and hardware as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install new FRP doors, hardware and insulated laminated glass. Provide and install security window film. Scrape, prime and paint existing steel lintel. Cedar Creek High School: Remove and replace existing door hardware, as indicated on the drawing / door & frame schedule and specifications. Provide and install security window film, as indicated on the drawing / door & frame schedule. Scrape, prime and paint existing steel lintel, as indicated on the drawing / door & frame schedule. Alternate Bids: Alternate Bid No. A-1 @ Absegami HS: Remove Existing Hollow Metal Door Frames and Install New Aluminum Door Frames & Sealant. Alternate Bid No. A-2 @ Absegami HS: Remove Existing Hollow Metal Door Frames and Install New Aluminum Door Frames & Sealant. Alternate Bid No. C-1 @ Cedar Creek HS: Remove Existing Doors & Hardware and Install New FRP Doors, Glazing and Hardware. All correspondence must include the Architect Project Name and Project Number referenced. The Architect is not responsible for misdirected or misrouted correspondence. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The bright is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive informality in the bidding if it is in the interest of the School District to do so.
