Description

Add an 8’ to 12’ wide (typical) shared use path along the east side of O.T. Smith Road in Tornillo, Texas. The proposed pedestrian and bicycle facility will begin just north of Alameda Avenue (SH 20), cross the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), and extend to 0.5 miles south of Interstate 10 (IH-10), approximately 2 miles long. The addition of the shared use path will enhance bicycle and pedestrian safety and provide access to the adjoining Coyote Park.
