Description

To extend the life of the Isolated Phase Bus (IPB) at the Robert Moses Power Plant (RMNPP) located in Lewiston, NY. The station consists of thirteen (13), 13.8 kV, 215 MVA generation units. The Authority is seeking separate proposals for refurbishment of the existing system and replacement of the existing IPB enclosure and insulators to keep the system in good working operation. Both proposals should account for current transformer (CT) replacements.
