Tear off the existing membrane only and adhere a 0115 mil TPO Fleeced back. membrane over the existing insulation. The existing insulation is in good condition and will remain. White membrane is highly reflective and will be noticed in your heating and cooling. below. New roof membrane will be 100% adhered Terminate the base flashing up the parapet under the existing metal flashing. 1102. lineal feet. Base flashing will terminate under a new metal coping cap. 630 lineal feet. Flash all roof drains and use water block between the drain bowl and drain ring and sandwich the membrane to achieve a watertight termination. Lash all pipes with TPO preformed pipe boots with claps and caulking. 12 totals. Sizes vary. Flash all curbs, pipes, drains, scupper etc. per the manufactures detail and specs. Put down a protective walk pad from roof hatch to the ladder only. Approx. 40 lineal feet. Replace all skylights to match existing with fall protection screen. Include a crane/lift to load all materials onto the roof Permit. Provide a manufacture's Warranty. All warranty fees to be included, 15-year manufactures' warranty, 2-year installers warranty, All roofing related debris is to be cleaned daily and hauled away or put in trash bags and dumpsters, All per diem for our crew while working on building, Roof drains above Board Room needs to be cleaned and opened up for clear drainage |
