Installation of Fire Sprinkler System and Underground Supply Main

The City of Herculaneum Fire Department will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase & installation of a sprinkler system. Scope of Project- The City of Herculaneum is requesting proposals from qualified contractor for a remodel of a bunk room at Herculaneum Fire station #1, located at 151 Riverview Plaza Drive, Herculaneum, Missouri 63048. Design and installation of a separation wall in our bunk room. The project will entail the following: -Divide a single room into two separate bunk rooms with a full height partition wall. -Metal Studs -Add reinforcement into wall for TV Mounts -Insulation for sound barrier between rooms. - Add 6 power outlets to partition wall. - Add Cat 6 drop to room. - Add two (2) drop ceiling LED lights one in each bunk room to match existing lights in fire house. - Add HVAC duct to new addition. - New solid wood door with metal frame to match existing doors. - Door handle for wood door. - Drywall, mud, tape, and paint rooms. - New vinyl baseboard
