Description

The Annual Purchase of Materials for its Water Distribution System, e.g., ductile and/or cast-iron fittings, ductile iron pipe, and gate valves. Bid No. 2023-1 . A certified check or bond, payable to the Monroeville Municipal Authority, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with the Annual Material Bid. All bids must be submitted on the proposal blanks which are a part of the Contract Documents. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
