| Description | The City of Jeffersontown is accepting sealed bids for replacing current roofs on Pavilion #6 and Bathroom buildings at Veterans Park located at 10707 Taylorsville Rd. with red metal roofs. The City of Jeffersontown reserves the right to reject all bids. City would like for the project to start around the 2nd week in November 2022. All work to be done in accordance with OSAH safety regulations. Tear off and remove all roof related materials on Pavilion #6 and Bathroom buildings. Haul away all debris leaving the premises broom clean. Install a single layer of high temperature ice and water shield over entire roof. Install a new 1"x4" fascia board at the entire eave areas. Fabricate and install a 24ga metal fascia at all eaves and rake edges of the roof. Fabricate and install a 24ga metal hook strip drip edge at all eave and rake edges of the roof. 16" wide 24gs snap lock metal roof panels New panels to lock the hook strip edge metal. Fabricate and install 24ga hip and ridge flashing to include 24ga Z closures. Fabricate and install 24ga headwall flashing at the siding areas. |
